Established in August 2008 AUGUST DANCE AWARENESS MONTH/ADAM was inspired by Eveoke Dance Theatre's annual Celebrate Dance Festival held every August in San Diego's Balboa Park. The mission is to create more dialog in the global dance community, educate the public about the various challenges in the dance community, and help stimulate year-round dance performance patronage.  As an advocate "4 the Arts" and the creator of the ADAM campaign/initiative, Mina Communications strives to help stimulate dance awareness by: Publishing articles about dance company events and needs  Promoting dance via Mina's Journal and various online media outlets Producing dance events for the public.
